Need a good Teleportation something (spell or item). I bought my new house in Chorrol and I have some major mooving to do from a mod house. Really dont want to do 100 trips. Also its pretty annoying having to run to my house everytime and I prefer to teleport in front of a chest where I can unload quickly and sort later.

I am low on magic skills except conjuration and only level 18.

Any suggestions?

I don't think that there is anything like this in the Vanilla version. Would need to find a mod. You can use fast-travel, and that will get you to the town that your house is in, but nothing that takes you into a room or inside your house.

If it's just for moving your stuff the easiest thing would be fast travel.

And also just use a bunch of feather potions.

Or you can note your characters strength and temporarily change it using the console pick up all items move then set the strength back. The console command for changing strength is "setav strength " (I'm not sure but depending how it's programed there might be a limit of around 250 for strength. )
