This has not happened to me in a while, I'm level 57 now. However, Pre-level 25-ish a couple times when I would take a lot of damage or get killed, I was randomly teleported to safety by the game? Note this is on console, xbox one, and no I did not modify the game or my console in any way.

First incident I came upon a bridge with some raiders and mines, when i stepped on a mine instead of activating the beeping/explosion sequence I was literally pulled backwards and up into the sky, then down through the ground about 1000 feet away and appeared back on normal terrain in the middle of a forest.... a good two minutes walk away from the bridge. Upon returning I was fine to proceed and kill the raiders/cross etc.

Second time, I was wondering through the city, and came upon two death claws. I hurriedly turned to pull up my guns iron sights on them and was teleported this time (literally. Instead of the drag animation from before I was just instantly in this other place) to the roof of a building behind me. Which I then used to snipe the deathclaws.. Keep in mind these events were all random, I had no way to reproduce results.

Third time I came on a raider encampment in the city and went to rush them with an assault rifle, upon jumping in the camp I was immediately teleported across an entire river, and onto a roof ledge of some building that you can't even get to by any way other than this happening or a jet pack.. At this point I was getting annoyed as it was interfering with me trying to attack people for loot.

It happened 2-3 times after this but stopped around level 25 and I haven't had it happen again. I have yet to find anything else on this so thought I'd ask if anyone else has experienced this? I mean I'm grateful for the saves but it just seemed a bit odd.
