I have several choices in mind, but it will most likely be a reincarnation of one of my past characters. There's three I care about more than the others so either the Altmer Necromancer who spends every moment levitating because walking is for lesser people, or the Dunmer vampire assassin who uses daggers and thrown weapons/bows and has a favorite pass time of jumping from roof top to roof top, or finally the Prince who has changed between several races who prefers using a spear and uses his charm to get good deals, sell for high prices and convince people he is their best friend.

Or perhaps I should create a mad hybrid the vampire necrossassin prince.

Probably a Redguard or an Imperial warrior. My first character is always my main character, I like to make mistakes in the world to form your character into something that completely fits you and the choices you would make in daily life.

After that I would probably make an Argonian Assassin to complete certain different questlines like, maybe, the Thieves Guild or the Dark Brotherhood

I will probably be an archer/mage. I loved doing that in oblivion, sneak in, fire an arrow and get the 3x modifier w/ sneak and heavy degen with poison, and start firing off spells.

I'll think that I will start with either an Imperial thief or a Nord warrior. I really like the tension while playing stealthy and to also be able to persuade people. But I'll probably end up doing different characters for every factions/guilds. It feels kinda messy being in all of them at the same time.

Either a sneaky male Bosmer, or a fighter/mage female Dunmer, or even a fighter male Nord, decided when I start the char-gen phase.

I do not have one set race for my 1st character yet. That will depend on the race bonuses. I like to begin a character that is a good all around (jack of all trades) character to test out all the different partsof the game. Then for my next character I choose an Argonian to make a thief, then a Bretton for my Mage, and then a Nord, Redguard or Ork for my fighter

As always, a Dunmer. Sorcerer or Monk, depending on how the game presents the classes. Anyway, a master spell caster and close range combat.

Either a khajiit or a dunmer, specializing in stealth, sniping, and using swords and light armor.

Cliff: A young swashbuckler type who grew up poor in the imperial ciy. He had dreams of becoming a professional duelist, and thus learned a bit of swordplay out on the streets. Despite his poor upbgringing, the young advlt has a way with words and a charming charisma, but he's quick to temper. Very self conscious about his upbringing as a guttersnipe, Cliff will often try to wear the outfits of nobles... Which he may or may not have taken from a Nobleman's bed chambers while the master of the house was gone on his daily walk about the city.

Robert: A Breton spellsword from the fief of Camlorn. Still working on this character, though I am looking forward to duel wielding sword and spell. He is a land owner, and most likely a nobleman. His personality is vastly different from the young cliff, as he has age, experience, and class. He conducts himself honorably and lawfully, but is not the most compassionate figure.

Kane: Kane is a Nord native to Winterhold. He took an early liking to adventure, and thus decided to pursue a career as a professional freelance adventurer, and has sense clung to the wilds over civilization. No stranger to the cold wastes, Kane treads the mountains with a strange grace not commonly found in barbarians. He is gentle, yet fierce. A powerful warrior, yet an ally of the suffering and the needy.

Naturally, all of these characters may change depending on how the whole Dragonborne thing is approached in the story. Cliff would be all like "Alright! I'm the [censored] dragon borne!" Robert is going to be highly skeptical at first, and Kane would accept it as a duty that the divine have gifted him with.

His name will be Zak, a stealthy dark elf extremely proficient in duel wielding long swords, preferably katanas, and the bow, with only a very short knowledge of Magic. He comes to the world seeking to do good, and vanquish evil.

I'll probably make my first one a Nord for no reason other than the fact that the province is Skyrim (I played an Imperial in Oblivion). After that of course I'll try the others (Redguard is one of my all-time favorites :toughninja: )

I think I'll go for a Nord and just discover the new features, do things intuitively. I'll leave role-playing for a later playthrough. Since race will matter, I'll wait and see how things look.

My character will be the same as my favourite Oblivion character (also similar character in Dragon Age):

Balin, a Wood Elf.

Very charismatic, athletic and stealthy.

Uses Bows (or Crossbows if they exist) and Shortswords, and some Illusion and Alteration magic.

Mostly wearing light armour or clothing.

Nord guy named Agnathorius.
Handles a longsword in the right hand, and an axe in the left one, although he sometimes drops the axe and uses lightning with that hand.
And when he goes for more epic-scale battles, he uses some bigass claymore.
He's also a talented Smith.
He's a hunter for a living, although people have seen him come to town with more dead men/creatures than actual deer and boar
He totally LOVES mead, and spends his whole weekends drinking and being stupid lol.
