I say start all over again. Explore where you haven't explored yet (if possible) with a new character so the game doesn't seem so easy.

Here's some of the places I've been to--

Canterbury commons--go here if you haven't already. Get ready for a "superhero" battle between Ant and Robot. This was one of my favorite quests so far. Can't remember the name of it at the moment...

Agatha's house--help her and get some rewards. This story is connected to Vault 92, which has been my favorite vault so far.

There's a place called the dikeerson or dikeingson chapel. There's a cool and unique weapon here...

Also: Alexandrea Arms, Arefu, Hubris comics, Mama Dolce's, Anchorage Memorial, the Arlington National Cemetary, Chrysler building...

I found a pretty cool thing in the Irratiated Metro today for the first time. Go in deep there.

Evergreen Mills if you haven't already. Sneak into the camp and unleash the caged beast on those Raiders.
Spoiler
By blowing up the generator close to the cage's gate

Explore, do quests.

There is Agathas house, Canterbury Commons, loads of places.
As you explore, you will find quests.

Blow stuff up!
Theres some nukes in a relay tower. Kill the female ghoul scientist. You'll know what I mean when you see it.
Do You Gotta Shoot Them In The Head and take the keys for yourself. Make sure Crowley does'nt get here before you, don't bother trailing him or anything, you will probabely lose him after the subway. Go to Fort Constantine, take the awesome loot, and launch ICBMs.

Get all achievement in the game. not that great role-playing style, but it's fun to do if you are bored. im at 80% now and i think collecting achievements is really fun.
