The average citizen seems to have a knowledge of time down to the exact hour, so how do they tell time? Is there some kind of clock-tower type thing in larger cities or would there be some kind of device people could have in their homes? Could hourglasses be used like clocks? I suppose there are the obvious sundials but what about at night?
