So It's been freezing since I've downloaded the latest patch like everyone else. I tried all potential fixes for this problem by reading through the many forum posts.

But when I played a game it froze as usual but came up with an origin error screen saying 'Error 503'
And it said Xbox in the jargen of this test, so I disconnected the controller and i've managed to play a few rounds of MP with no freezing, also I do not use the controller in Crysis it is for DMC

So maybe try disconnecting USB devices you do not need and try a few MP games. I may be completely wrong and will probably be called an idiot, but thought I would share this with you.

hey at least you offered something which is more than some , i have a homeserver doing nightly backups, so i installed yesterdays game files before the update, but i still couldnt get it to run without update installing itself, if only we could roll back updates,, thats the problem with the likes of origin and steam they start taking away our manual control of things, and then when stuff like this happens we have too wait for whoever to repair what they broke

Even if we could rollback manually I doubt we'd be able to connect to any servers as they'd be running the later version.
