Tenpeeny Tower

Is there anyway to settle the Ghouls into Tenpenny tower peacefully? I can't figure this out.

Yeah, talk to people about a peaceful solution around the tower mate. You'll find it.

I don't think so you kill the ghouls or let the ferals in or convince the residents that the ghouls aren't that bad after al and let them move in
but after a while roy philips wil kill them all.

I'll second that. Thankfully I had already played that quest so at least I didn't get spoiled.

I can say that I discovered that outcome as a not so pleasant surprise and am glad I hadn't had it spoiled for me.

But meh, I just let the ghouls in, then I kill Roy, I ignore my karma, Roy isnt a good guy, no matter what karma says.

This one just got me, I'm afraid. I hadn't been back to the Tower as yet. No revenge, though. I'll just use it to remind myself to be more careful.

/I'll try and act surprised when I do go back there.

I managed to do it once.But this time i thought i talked to everybody but Tenpenney wouldn't give me the go ahead so i just let the zombies in:-P
