Tenpenny Tower : Fallout 3

Ok,so I killed the gouls and zombies to compleat Tenpenny Tower quest but didn't get the key to the apartment.
If there's still something to figure out ... please dont tell me what it is,just tell me to keep looking.
If i need to load a previous save,please do tell me.
I'm on 360........thanks.

You have to do the Power of Atom quest, and blow up Megaton to get the key to the apartment

Also, wrong section buddy.

You do have to do something else.
And this Forum is for Fallout New Vegas not Fallout 3.
