So in a couple of places in Skyrim it seems the terrain is not loading properly. Pictured is an example just outside Falkreath. From a distance it looks fine but as I approach this huge rock formation just disappears. There are a few other places in the game where this happens but they're remote so I just ignored them. This started happening real suddenly though.

Have you verified the cache through Steam ?
