FALLOUT 3, PS3 STANDARD VERSION, WITH ALL PACTCHES AND A TERRIBLE BUG!

I'm playing Fallout 3 on PS3, in 12/05/2011 and I have ALL Patches but theres a terrible bug with Doctor Li inside the wall, and I recorded this in a video for Youtube.
I'm stuck in the game and want an urgent solution so I can finish it...I'm from Brazil, but my game is a US copy and like i said i download ALL Patches on avaliable on PSN. Take a look in this my short video and PLEASE answer me:
