Have anyone tried it?!

It's like a freaking machine that forgets, after 3 e-mails, everything that was written and gives the same answers again!

My one and only support ticket answered my question within one day, used a specific answer to let me know that they were addressing my individual issue, and also suggested I go to these forums to engage in suggestions, etc.


Try posting something on the forums with a more specific question (not this general discussion forum but the support forum).

Yes, its just a machine answering. Sends a template they think fits. Same as Origin does
