I took this perk, but I never ran into a situation where I could use it. Anyone found any so far?

I took this perk on my 3rd playthrough when i sided w/ NCR. I used it whenever Caeser would send his assassin squads after me and in a few other minor instances. I imagine it can be used against the NCR Rangers as well. You know, whenever they show up outta nowhere to warn you that you have so many days to improve relations with the NCR. It's quite comical watching hardened Rangers and Legion assassins flee in terror from your terrifying presence.
