I have certain problem with the completion Arena. When I got two first parts Staff of Chaos, in the sleep Ria came to me and she said I was supposed to go to the queen Wood elf, but I cannot do it since when I want to move into the travel for me an announcement of the fact that I can not survive the journey is shown and how yet I agree travel around I am dying, each time. What I am supposed to do, so that normally travel after Tamriel and don't die.
Perhaps they will call somebody for me about exp, but how many I have level up in order to be enough strong in order to survive the journey?

you are most likely diseased and die from it as you travel.

find a temple in one of the cities/towns and get healed.
