TES General Ideas

I wanted to make this because it seems like every forum I come across is locked and that's just silly.

Things I would like to see in the next Elder Scrolls game.

1. I was terribly offended and disappointed when I started playing Skyrim and found that the unarmed combat was greatly nerfed
from Oblivion. Hand to Hand combat was my favorite form of combat in Oblivion, I was so excited thinking about how much better it would be in Skyrim, but I was let down. I understand it would seem odd to kill a dragon with just your bare hands, but that's kind of the point behind the freedom that the Elder Scroll games bring. I wanted my character to be a Martial Artist, which Oblivion delivered on well. I think I've made my point on this item for the most part so lets move on to number 2!

2. I would like to see the Non-Killable NPC thing go away, like in Morrowind how everyone could be killed. I understand for quest
reasons that having them be immortal is quite valuable becasue what if you accidentily killed someone majorly important with a quest
or you arrive to find the NPC already dead from a dragon attack. (Just an example) But I think that's what made Morrowind so Great, don't get me wrong I love SKyrim and Oblivion but Morrowind had this feel to it that I can't describe, like I actually felt like I was exploring this new world and I think the NPC thing was a part of it. I will through out the possibility that maybe there could be an option in the options menu to turn off/on the Immortal NPC thing or even a spell that you find that when casted on a NPC would allow you to
kill them for good.

3. This brings up my next idea which I'm sure plenty of people will be like, "He no nuts, he crazy!" One of the things I think helped
immensely with the explorationj feel of Morrowind was the fact that you could fast travel unless you used a travel service or if you had
that spell. So maybe for the next game if we got rid of fast travel. I know I could just choose not to use it but if its there then why not.

These are a few things I've thought up of, if I think of any more ideas I will let you know.

I think your first two points are reasonable, the third not so much (IMO). But welcome to the forums  , which forums did you try to post but couldn't?

We have an http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1408191-official-beyond-skyrim-tes-vi-12/ that we use for ideas/suggestions for future TES games. I think if you read or skimmed through it, you'll find many people share similar opinions as you. It might be a good idea to copy+paste your OP into that thread. This one may be locked at some point today.

Who knows, maybe you will find inspiration in the official thread for more ideas :)
