Haha yeah, I did that this morning. Then he goes yard tonight. Maybe he knew? Ha.

By the way, I accepted.

Also, Miller, I've sent you an offer.

I love Utley to much, sorry.I edit my trading block it just has untouchables now.

Sweet, thanks. I'm happy with my team but I couldn't pass on Hanley. I have some other outfielders to use. None as good as Crawford, but my infield is kinda weak.

I wish I would've put more thought into it before I accepted. I should have amended it and sent an OF along to make room. Oh well. I'll make it work.

Miller, would you trade Zimmerman?

What OF would you have sent over? If he's someone I'd like maybe we could work something out.

I'm not sure. If you want one, I'll trade anybody except for Holliday or Guillen.

Hey, Miller, the "Is their anyone on my roster you'd want in particular?" comment was aimed towards you. :P

Hmm... not really anyone I'm interested in besides the untouchables. Sorry.

No worries. I have an idea of what I'm going to do, so I'm not real big on making a trade.

Yeah I saw that, but I don't know if I want to take on Hamels. I made a move for Peavy (while giving up nothing in the long run, it seems) and he's got a high ERA and WHIP, I don't think I can afford to gamble on another pitcher like that again.

Anything I can do to spice up the trade?

You really didn't give up anything. However, that trade helped me out because I was able to turn into free spots to pick up guys off of the waiver wire. So, it really turned out well for me. Hopefully, Peavy turns things around for you.

Yeah, his strikeout numbers aren't even there right now, but I really hope he can get his control back.

If you wanted a lesser outfielder for him, like Gardner I'd jump on it, but I none of your other players would be a fit for my team except for Utley.

Well he finally has a full lineup now, with all his injuries and waiver/free agent moves.

Sure, but I'm pretty sure that hitting .500 qualifies as 'hot' no matter what you've done to your roster recently.

Eh it's only one day, and a day when half the league it seems was off (including half his hitters).

But yeah his players did kind of go off on you today. :P

EDIT: Just checked my own score, I saw that I had an ERA of 18 and was really worried, then I saw that Zman has an ERA of 108!

We should have had another stat besides holds. At least that's my opinion. What do you guys think?

I like holds, everyone seems to be ignoring them in favor of saves.

EDIT: Uh oh Ratwar, Jorge De La Rosa going on the DL with a finger injury.

I liked the idea of having holds as a category (and I'm certainly not ignoring them, I have two great setup men), but it appears that a lot of other teams (Like Red and Gstaff) are almost totally ignoring them, and using the RP spots for starters. As it currently stands, I'm not really happy with how they've played out in the league.

As for De La Rosa, meh. I've got plenty of starting pitching. Maybe this week will be the week the guys that have been 'off' will turn it around.
