As yet Bethesda haven't said anything about the future of the Elder Scrolls series, but one of the most common topics of speculation is where the next game should be set. Rather than trying to keep this in the official suggestion/discussion thread we've decided to give this an official home.

This discussion doesn't need to be tied entirely to geography, other setting details are also appropriate. However let's please keep this focused on the game world and leave other matters, like gameplay mechanics or NPCs, in the other thread.

I think that the best place for the next game is Summerset. I think people just want Black Marsh for the sake of Argonians.

Personally, I hope it doesn't take place in Hammerfell; the last two games were provinces of man.

And.. this is bad how? Of course I want Black Marsh mainly because I want to see the Argonian life, the same I want Elsweyr to see how the Khajiiti live. But there's also a lot more in Black Marsh to see except Argonians: the hist, the swamps, the water based monsters and vegetation, the underwater content that simply has to be much more evolved than in other provinces. I don't see anything wrong in wanting Black Marsh for the "sake" of Argonians.
