I find it funny that many folks believe Skyrim is gonna look like some movie straight outta their dreams. Get real, this thing has to be able to run on consoles. I'll be happy if it looks similar to Two Worlds II.

You don't understand, he was merely saying what HE thought skyrim would look LIKE. Not saying this is what it would definitely be look like it. LIKE can mean similar you know.

Apparently you don't understand its not really similar its a joke picture your thinking way to much into it but whatever back to topic which was a topic on oblivions graphics and creatures how would they differ.
