Is it ok to TES4Edit clean Francesco's and Martigen's?

Hi, I'm new here and had a quick question. I just recently learned how to use TES4Edit and Wrye Bash and all those excellent modding tools out there and I ran into a dilema...

I ran the Mod Checker function in Wrye Bash and it came up with results saying I need to clean the Francesco's esm and other related esp files and a few Martigen's files, but I am worried that if I do this it might ruin the mod and cause CTDs...

I do use BOSS and the files that the Mod Checker told me to clean aren't listed that they need cleaning in the BOSS Log...

So my question is (if not obvious ) can I clean these files without worry of ruining the mod and/or breaking my game?

P.S. None of these files say not to clean them in the BOSS Log

*Here are the files it's saying to clean:
-Francesco's Leveled Creatures-Items Mod.esm
-Francesco's Optional Files.esp
-Mart's Monster Mod - More Wilderness Life.esp
-Mart's Monster Mod for Francescos.esp
-Mart's Monster Mod.esm

It's typically best not to clean overhauls due to intentional dirty edits. I believe that applies for all of these specific things you're asking about.

For the moment I would suggest sticking with the BOSS recommendations.
Many mods contain "dirty" edits that are intentional, especially the larger overhaul mods (OOO, Frans, WarCry, Mart's etc).

Ok I'll just stick to what BOSS says and I wont touch the overhaul mods. Thank you for the advice :)
