Tes4Edit Help Please : IV

I am sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I did not see any threads for this problem.

I have been playing Skyrim with mods, LOOT 6.0, etc. It has been a super long time since I played Oblivion, and I am having trouble downloading the Tes4Edit from the manual site. I keep getting this error message.

Is there any other place to get Tes4Edit besides on NMM?? I have about 27 mods, and 11 of them have ITM's and UTD's and I cannot clean them. Please advise.

You can always get the latest beta version at the bottom of the first post here:

They work fine for me. (You need to rename it from TES5Edit to TES4Edit.)

I tried that and it only comes up with Skyrim's load and not Oblivion.

I got it. I renamed the wrong thing. Thank you very much.
