I think it's just as likely he ran tes4lodgen, and is only just now noticing that Frostcrag Reborn doesn't play nice with the lack of a landscape LOD adjustment to go with it 
I've installed RAEVWD if that was what you meant. It's probably that some mod messed up Frostcrag, as display name already in use said, although I've been installing only companions mods lately. It's weird really. I'll try to figure out which mod edits Frostcrag Spire then.
