Based on previous games, I think we can safely conclude that we will encounter Maiq the Liar in ES6.

Does anyone have any guesses regarding who else we might encounter? Does anyone have any PREFERENCES regarding old characters coming into TES6 from previous games?

From other discussions, I gather that a return of Mannimarco will not be received well, as it seems he's been overused.
