It's been a while, but IIRC, TESFaithSharp does not move objects the way it claims it can. I remember having to move a whole region full of door markers across the map by hand so they could join up with the moved land, and that was a real pain I must say. My rather limited advice; take the extra time you need to learn the command line operations in TESFaith, and use that to do the actual moving. In the end, it's not that horribly difficult and is, I think, more reliable. In fact, for large landmasses, I think you'll also find it way quicker to use a command-line 'rule' in TESFaith rather than moving things cell by cell in TESFaithSharp. Do, however, use TESFaithSharp to get a good visual overview of your progress or to do small jobs.
Note that TESFaith might fail to move some things and crash. I'm not sure if it's related to unrecognized textures or what, but a couple of mods proved problematic for me (I think Dulsya Isle might have been one). Otherwise, it's been invaluable. I think that's what I used to move Wizards Islands (unofficially). http://www.mediafire.com/download.php?xg0kydnyyit
