In a completely different forum where I have posted for so many years it bears no speaking of (10+) we set up a seperate forum at the very bottom of the forum list so that people could test editting methods, image posting, sizing of messages - just about anything that could go wrong with a post.

It is listed at the very bottom of the Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums here:

*Look all the way at the very bottom and you will see "TESTING"

It is set to automatically (far as I know) erase the content in that part of the forum at fixed intervals.

Else it may be that a mod or admin goes there from time to time and looks at what needs throwing away.

But by this means, users are given a place to try out things they may not really understand the function of in the standing editor so that they can avoid an embarrassing mistake.

This is both a suggest, and a question because I may have missed such a place that is for that here.
