Both A and C will calculate based on using the in-game clock, using the roads as the measurement of time passed. If you walk, you can take shortcuts, making the trip faster.

Because you never know when you'll need a key.

This is a guess. I don't use skill books.

Pfft. Here I was hoping for a kiss from Emma Watson and instead, I get a number.

I mount it on the wall next to my antlers.

I got two out of ten. Some of these are utterly impossible for me answer. I've never fast traveled, I've never killed a guard, and I've never Shouted (unless absolutely required for the main quest (which I have only done once)).
