my OS is Win7x64 and i had to install MW in 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Morrowind' (couldn't change path). I moved the folder to a different location and MW is running fine, but TesTool doesn't work. So, is it possible to tell it MW's new location? All my other tools are working.

Why did you move the folder in the first place? Move it back and TesTool will start working.

You could try changing the install path in Widnows Registry.

couldn't find the path in the registry, i'm thinking about deactivating uac. i'm really sick of it.

Works fine for me. (Morrowind installed outside of Program Files on Win7)
Is your TESTool installed in the main Morrowind folder? It should be able to find what it needs if it is.
(my UAC is turned off, though)

TesTool is in Morrowind\Data. If i move the whole MW folder, TesTool couldn't find it.
