TESV: Corrupt a Wish #2

Post » Sat Feb 19, 2011 10:12 am

From the last thread taht was shut down for post limit.

[Hello all my fellow TES obsessed fourm mates, by the power of the skull of corruption i summon you to this thread.
I figured it would be a fun way to share what we hope to see in TESV and keep us all entertained as we speculate. :)
For those of you who have never played a currupt a wish game how you play is simple you have to corrupt the persons wish above you and then post a wish of your own for the next person to corrput and so on. Please keep it respectfull and fun though.
Ex) person1: I wish the game takes place in Skyrim.
person 2: wish granted, but the game only takes place in a single ice dungon with one mudcrab enemy
my wish is that they let you ride dragons
person 3: wish granted, but as soon as you try to mount the dragon it eats you
...ect ect ect"

Please keep everything repectfull and on topic

I'll start...
I wish for TESV: has more unique and exciting dungeons that have treasure at the end that acctully feels like an acomplishment, becuse fighting throught the dungeons in Oblivion for me was something I didn't care to do to much they all looked to much the same and when you finaly got to the end opening a chest and finding a ruby, 30 gold coins, and a sliver vase wasn't very rewarding. Espically when i could have just killed the bandit outside and sold his daedric armor.

granted, but just like in oblivion (and Morrowind), the massive amounts of money you get are absolutely useless.

I wish that we have companions of some sort to help us kill bad-guys.

NOTE: I got my with last time!!!!!!!!!!

Done, but they will all be more annoying than the adoring fan, and you can never get rid of them after they help you.

I wish the taverns will be more alive, with bards telling epic tales and minstrels playing music.

Granted, but only NPCs and Creatures and sneak, you cant. And when they sneak they become completely invisible to you and thier sneak criticals kill you in 1 hit.

I wish you could go fishing in TESV and other tasks like cooking just to pass time and be more immersed.

Granted, but they are both professions, and if you miss a day of work, you are fired, and can never work again - including quests.

I wish that there wasn't a long gap between announcement of ES:V and the release.

Granted, but they are extremely overpowered, and there is no reason to use anything else.

I with TESV would make each race more distinct from one another.

granted BUT the races are so different they might as well not belong to the same world, you will have wookies and cardassian, and romulan.

I wish we never ever see the inside of an oblivion gate ever again unless it much more creative this time around, and not a variation of 3 maps :(

granted but they are so distinct that they all speak different languages and so you cannot interact with another race.

I wish the game would come out bug-free and they would make honest expansion packs rather than piddly little DLC's

Granted but the game is delayed 2 years for bug fixing and the Expansions all cost another $60.

I wish for TES:V in where ever it takes place to have a large map full of all kinds of interesting places to explore.

Granted, but you need the $60 DLC's to explore them.

I wish for TES:V to have a main quest that doesn't make you famous.

Granted but instead at the end of the game you become infamous and every thing in the game turns hostile to you even the gods and they all hunt you down and kill you .

I wish for throwing weapons in TES:V

Granted, but the only throwing weapons in the game are throwing spoons and toothpicks.

I hope they make TES V more mature.

Granted, its so mature that the game-rating boffins are so disgusted by it that it is never allowed to be released.

I wish for no levelling in ES:V

Granted, but you start as the equivalent of level 1, whilst all mobs and NPCs start as the equivalent of level 50.

I wish the game world would be dynamic and change based on your decisions.

Lulz, as long as it was something a little less extreme (e.g. 15), I wouldn't mind that, 'twould make the game much more realistic.

As for your wish, it is granted, your decisions either destroy Nirn, or let it carry on as normal.

I wish for more commoner clothing, that looks nice, and you can overlap items or unbutton and the like.

Granted, except all the clothes are from the disco era.

I wish that cities would be larger a single suburban block with a castle somewhere near it.

Granted, it is that - a block. A block with lots of rooms in it.

I wish for more in-depth NPCs in game.

Granted, In the elder scrolls V, everytime you fail a quest, your game data is deleted, and you see the word "FAIL" on the screen until you renew a new file which costs $9.99 a month.

I wish for there to be better door textures in TESV.

Granted, they spent loads of time and creativity on doors, but they had no time to make textures for anything else so the game is just doors.

I wish for season dependent crop growth.

Granted, but like daggerfall it is all randomly generated.

I wish for working chimneys, different lights at diffeent times, and windows you can see out of.
