I posted this in another topic (Invented Lore) I thought to fit my questions, but I got no specific answers... maybe it was a mistake to use an existing topic, or my story is just stupid... I really have no idea.
Here we go:
I'm currently trying to RP an agent of the Thalmor in a forum RPG. Her name is Eviess Mothril and she is a Master Wizard of the Aldmeri Dominion. Her parents died during the destruction of the Crystal Tower. Her father was a High Wizard of the Crystal-Like-Law and her mother an officier in the Altmeri Army. Their names were Amron and Ardaru Elensar. They took part in the last stand to defend the besieged tower against the daedric hordes and assure the safety of their daughter, who fled with an Altmer from an impoverished noble family of Lillandril, Tunengore Lillandren (his family became rich because of their participation in the discovery of the Flask of Lillandren, but it turned out to be more of a curse than anything else). Together they made it through the Oblivion Crisis. I just made up that in the aftermath of that Great Anguish many Altmer families adopted orphans (if they have the "right" bloodline). It seems to be a valid way to get fresh and proper blood to enhance the own genetic pool (or whatever "genetics" are called in TES).
A powerfull family clan from Alinor, the Mothrils, were contacted by Tunengore (whose own family had ancient links to them), because he was not sure that he could afford it to raise the young Eviess (she was five years during the crisis). He really loved the girl, but he also had the best for her in mind, when he made sure that two of the leading members of the Mothril-Clan adopted Eviess: Kysandor und Tenyeminwe.
Kysandor was a high ranking merchant and businessman in the East Empire Company and made lots of money after the Red Year because he managed to take advantage of the shortage of dunmeri goods. He is rather cosmopolitan, eloquent and highly intelligent but also an elitist... well... scumbag. He was always a Thalmor sympathizer and funded many of their political and covert actions during the later Third Era, when they still were a fringe group of extremists. His urbane demeanor is just one big lie to make gold. He is a textbook hypocrite, driven by a extremly powerful will an endless ambition. After the reformation of the Aldmeri Dominion he resigned from the East Empire Company and became a merchant Lord of Alinor with many, many friends in the new Thalmor government and own political ambitions.
Tenyeminwe on the other hand is one of the few Mirror Logicians left on the Summerset Isles. In my story they are a secretive order of magicians, hardly involved with anyone in the reality of "Tamrielic Prime". The most Mirror Logicians are dracochrysalised an do not even exist within linear time anymore, but a few, like her, remain on Nirn to share their knowledge and train new acolythes. Tenyeminwe is even more special, because she is highly involved with the Thalmor, married even to a member and long term supporter herself. Before the Oblivion Crisis she kind of "infiltrated" the Mage's Guild (what was not to hard a task, given the relalively open structure of the guild) and collected information of their inner workings for her Order. Later, after she encountered Kysandor and became alligned with the Thalmor movement, she shared her knowledge with them - knowledge that played a major part in the ultimate dissolution of the Mage's Guild, which was (partly) orchestrated by the Thalmor to weaken the main body of arcane research und studies in the Tamrielic Empire.
Later she began to work in her reclusive laboratory in Alinor City to further the interests Aldmeri Dominion on a mythic scale. She became a bit estranged with the world and even her husband as she delved deeper into the mysteries of Dawn Magic. She took part in the "Void Nights" event and other cases of covert mystical warfare and/or manipulation.
Eviess was almost exclusively raised by her new father, whereas Tenyeminwe spent most of her time watching for her daughter from beyond the vale of the otherworld. Tunengore was given a position as a lowly servant in the manor of the two for his service to the Mothril-Clan. He took care for Eviess, but Kysandors mericless methods of education reshaped the young Altmer girl who lost her real parents and after years and years she became a reflection of his own sinister personality. She joined the ranks of the Thalmor at age and was made a Political Officer, Interrogator and War Wizard.
The RPG started during the attack on the Imperial City. Eviess managed to capture a Dunmer Battlemage by the name of Rahaen'fviel Verilnith of the 8th Legion who impressed her in battle.
After a lot of torture and character development they came to terms and negotiated some kind of alliance. Rahaen'fviel is actually one of the last high ranking members of House Telvanni and she joined the ranks of the Legion in the hope that the Empire would eventually drive the Argonians out of southern Morrowind and help her people to rebuilt what they've lost during the Red Year.
Eviess managed to convince her that the Dominion is her best hope - or so she thought. It's a lot of character details her, in the end Rahaen'fviel kind of used her own capture to gain a new and powerful ally within the highest echelons of the Thalmor hierarchy. Well, it's kind what I think would happen if a Thalmor Agent and a Telvanni Wizard would get together.
Together they returned from Cyrodiil to Alinor and Eviess secured support from Kysandor to stage operations within Morrowind and claim some powerful Telvanni artifacts as proof of Rahaen'fviels usefulness.
At the moment Eviess and Rahaen'fviel are guests of Lady Nirai Sathil (from the Keyes novels) on Solstheim. She worked together with the Thalmor before and I even hinted that she get rid of her father with their help. She is a Dunmer patriot and despises the Thalmor, but her hatred for the Empire outweights that by far. To the point she backed away from a permanent and firm involvement with the Aldmeri Dominion, but Eviess tries to change that with the help of Rahaen'fviel to make Sathil their main base of operations in the New North and launch expeditions into the ruins of Vvardenfell.
Now my questions: Is that even a valid story? And if so, how could I portray Vvardenfell? Is it possible for the Dunmer and the Dominion to create an alliance?
The Dunmer seem to me primary padomaic in nature, whereas the Thalmor are anuic extremists, but that's philosophy and metaphysics. How great is the impact of such concepts on the political level?
If the Dunmer and the Thalmor share some more mundane goals, could the come to terms? I know that by the time of Skyrim the Dunmer don't really care for the Thalmor, but the RPG is set to span several decades and went well beyond the timeframe of Skyrim.
Also: I had the idea of a dragon living on Vvardenfell since the Dragon Wars. His name is Vedsahjer (Black-Phantom-East) and he took refuge in the dungeons beneath the old Wizard Tower of Rahaen'fviel, Tel Verilnith.
He is infected with Corpus, but the Divine Disease can not completely consume his flesh and his soul because of his own nature as an Angel of Akatosh.
Yet it is an eternal struggle to fight Corpus back and prevent it from finally driving him mad.
One day, he crashed in close proximity of Tel Verilnith, badly wounded by Cliff Racers and besieged from within by the Divine Disease. The mistress of the tower made him an offer: share his sectrest with her in exchange for the healing of his terrible wounds and a safe haven.
He accepted and told Rahaen'fviel many things about magic and the nature of the Aurbis only a few mortals ever came to hear. Only his true name remained an enigma for her.
When Azura warned Rahaen'fviel because of the coming of the Vvardenfell cataclysm, Vedsahjer refused to flee with her. He already sensed the ethereal echos of the return of Alduin and so he decided that the time has come to let his corporeal form die, to be reborn in a few hundred years by Alduins power, freed from the Corpus curse and once more whole.
As a final parting gift he told his savior his true name in the Dragon Tongue, but he did not tell her of Alduins return and the reason that he stayed behind to meet his doom.
Of course all this happened hundrest of years before the main story and will only be examined in flashbacks when Vedsahjer finnaly returns and allies himself with Rahaen'fviel after Alduins defeat in Skyrim.
The obvious question: Is THAT possible from a lore perspective?
I would appreciate some answers and comments to the story...
Thanks in advance.

Sorry if it's that lame... but if so, just tell me. I just want to know whether the material is useful or contradicts any established lore or something...
