Is snow on walls supposed to look like this? It honestly look like a glitch to me, can anyone confirm this with a screenshot of their own game?

If it is a glitch... iv'e tried the following

1. Reinstalling

2. Verify integrity of cache (steam)

3. Rolling back drivers & Reinstalling new drivers

4. Turning off AA (makes it look way worse)

5. Ran on a different PC with Intel Graphics

6. Installed all of the unofficial patches

This is probably the biggest eye sore ever, especially with "HD Textures".

Are you running the game on Intel graphics? If so, you should consider yourself lucky it runs at all, especially with the HD textures installed.

Try disabling those and see how it looks.
