While playing Fallout: New Vegas some textures glitch (Mountains, buildings). Also, some textures appear to be in low res. while others are in Ultra High. I tried validating the files and it always tells me that there is one file that failed. I also deleted the game and reinstalled it and none of it seemed to work. I tried looking on the forums but none of it helped. If you know what I can do to fix this problem I would appreciate it if you could help.
