1. Texture Pack Combiner- i see its not on the top ten on nexus list. should i use it anyway ?

2. Skyrim Realistic Overhaul- where can i get the latest version of Skyrim Realistic Overhaul since nexus banned the modder. (at least that what the TPC guide says)

i dont really know anything about mods of skyrim so i just want to make sure i dont make mistakes and ruin the game.
