you skinned the mesh to a different skeleton. how are the animations going to target those bones, when they aren't even named the same.
you could try renaming the bones to match the one bethesda uses, cept there is no spine4, so you will have to do something about that. ulna and wrist bones will have to be rename to what ever you think is closest to bethesdas bones.
don't know if it'll work out well that though.
