Textures and Radial Blur are capped at "High"?!?

Could this mean that BGS is making a DX11 texture patch like Crytek did for Crysis 2?

What we do is, if we need that extra push over the cliff, you know what we do?

Put it up to eleven.

Was that the better graphics thing that you had to install on your hard drive?
I would gladly do that, better graphics FTW.

Just wondering if it is like that for everyone - those 2 settings capping at high and not ultra.

Is anyone else seeing only high for Textures and Radial Blur?

It's the same for everyone, I guess we'll be able to set them to ultra once/if they release the HD texture patch and UI fixes some sites have been talking about.

The damage their compression does to normal maps is simply atrocious.

It's strange they would only limit these 2 settings to high. I wonder why?
