Textures problem

so used one of the many popular female body mods and I am using a custom race and I am wondering how I can fix my textures on the new race. Is there a way to find the original body textures and meshes from vanilla oblivion without uninstalling and then reinstalling the full game?

Uh... I'm guessing that you either need to find and install a body texture for the new body and your custom race, or remove the files left over from the body mod.
For sake of ease, you could make a OMOD of the body mod, activate it, then deactivate it. That removes the files used by the body mod, making it the easiest way to uninstall a mod.
But, if you want to do it the somewhat harder way, open the body mod's archive, and figure out what files it installed, then find them and remove them.

Which female body replacer and which custom race? Hard to give advice without any specific info. If a custom race, it (probably) doesn't have any original vanilla textures. Anyway, you should basically check that your chosen custom race supports the body replacer you're using. If you check the requirements for Xenius's Races, for example, they are made for HGEC (and Robert's Male).
