Texturing Issues

So I've been retexturing some armors and stuff for my new mod, and have run into some... issues (of course, it's me we are talking about). In the G.E.C.K. the new turret texture I've been working on looks perfect and yes I do have a set normal map and that seemingly useless glow map. For some reason when I go to test it in-game, it has the same texture as the ground it is placed on.

Make sure you have Archive Invalidation set.

If that does not fix it, there are other reasons.
