TGM = No Reputation?

Hello guys, it's YoungStallion94. I was wondering that if by using the console command tgm (God Mode) does it disable my character's ability to gain a reputation? Because I just began playing Morrowind earlier last week, and when I did a couple of things, (Etc. Joining the mages guild/fighter's guild/thieves guild, etc.) and when I did the first quest for the Fighter's guild, my reputation didn't go up. Is this just because my reputation only goes up when you do something more major then a quest like killing cave rats, or is this the slight possibility that this is tgm related? Because I could've swore that doing things like this in Oblivion raised my reputation/tgm didin't do something like this, but I could be mistaken, since I'm not really familiar with Morrowind/how things work in it since I only recently started playing this game. So if you guys could explain how the reputation system works in Morrowind, I would be appreciative of it.
