So I got the itch to play me some Skyrim and started a new game. Just finished killing the first dragon with the Whiterun guards and was on my why back to Whiterun when I got jumped by Thalmor hitmen. I didn't even do anything to them yet and I'm already on their hit list, where's the love Elenwen?

What could my character have possible done to piss them off already?

Can't think of anything except maybe your character wrote something in neon orange.

I thought orange was the Thalmor's favorite color, looks like I goof'ed.

Maybe word spread super fast that I was the dragonborn, I but those guards went running there mouths.

They are probably like the Dark Brotherhood Assassins where they'll just be out to kill you for the lulz. But seriously. You could have been the ultimate good character and have done nothing but you'll still get attacked by the DB assassins.

The Thalmor may be doing the same thing.

Random encounters are random and most often nonsensical.

Talos shrine, many of them have spawn points for thalmor to attack
