It just hit me how those words are capitalized. How odd.
What troubles me further, however, is how I can't find these words anywhere. What if I wanted to correct this presumed oversight?

The phrase is under Gameplay->Settings->Menus. Look for sBarterDialog5 about two-thirds the way down. You can edit the 'value' of that setting to fix the matter. I wonder if this has been addressed in the Unofficial/Morrowind Patch Project.

...Well, it looks like the patch did something (it adds an unrecognizable character at the beginning of the line), but it does not correct the capitalization.
