Like other residents of the Netherlands, I was unable to download the pre-order packs.
I just turned on my PS3 and tried the codes, like I have done every day since release, and all of a sudden I could actually download the DLC.
So thank you Bethesda, Obsidian or Sony for finally fixing that. It might not be as big a thing as fixing the bugs, but it's still great someone came through for us Dutchies.
