I thank you for all that you have done to the gaming industry and wish for your further success. You are one of the few companies who has shown a great interest in what its fans want, and have shown great improvements over the years. I have played all four ES games and fallout 3 as well. I find each of your teams games to be unique and filled with charm. I will continue to support your company with my purchases and speak of you favorably on the forums. :celebration:

I agree, that game looks great so far and has lots of things I was hoping for. Heres hoping for at least the same amount of armor slots as OB.

Thankyou Bethesda :) Been a huge fan of your games going back to 1994 when I played Arena! I remember seeing it on the shelf in a little Card and Hobby store in my town not even knowing what the TES series was or who Bethesda were, little did I know they would move up to TES V and 17 years later Skyrim would be born! I was hooked from Arena and couldn't wait for each installment since, Skyrim is no exception!

So I offer my heartfelt thanks to Bethesda and their hard working staff, for not only contiuning the fantastic TES series but for giving me so many years of fun and enjoyment! :) I really can see that Skyrim is going to blow us away and if I could skip forward 10 months in time I would! :ribbon: :D  Now all I have to do is clear out my schedule from the 11 th of November onwards for a few weeks ;)

Your kidding right? They could have stopped after Arena or Daggerfall if they felt like it, they have continued on for 17 years with the great TES series, appreciation threads are for appreciation ;)

Thanks, Bethesda! :) The TES-series is basically the only reason I even have a dedicated gaming computer, I generally don't play other games. You have done some great work on the previous games, and I'm sure Skyrim will be breath-taking.

I'm with you 'till the end guys!

I'd like to give my thanks as well. I've been playing Morrowind since a few months after it released on X-box (almost 10 years now!) and Oblivion since day one. (I also bought each DLC day one) Elder Scrolls is by far my favorite series of anything! Whether it be books, movies, or games. No story/lore/world has pulled me in as deep as the world of Tamriel. You guys(and gals) over at Bethesda Game Studios truly make the greatest games of all time, and when other games feel lackluster and I go into a gaming slump I go back and play your games. Why, just the other day I discovered a quest in Bloodmoon I had never completed before! That little moment right there proves time and time again that the Elder Scrolls series is just incredible. Most games I finish (100%) in maybe a month if I'm lucky. With Elder Scrolls it takes years. Just as it should. So, in short, while we may complain about things it's only because we care so deeply for the world you have created. Thank you to everyone at Bethesda Game Studios. Keep up the amazing work

Same as OP. Years of anticipation are rewarded. Thank you Bethesda. Hope the game will be available on Steam though. We don't get many games on time here. :(

I haven't ever played another series as much as I have TES. Countless hours into Morrowind (xbox), 500+ between all my characters in Oblivion (360), which I still play on a very regular basis. From the few peeks we have had so far I could not be any more excited for Skryim. Character and creature design, the few features detailed, new leveling system all sound and look GREAT. It's going to be a fun, exciting and looooooooooooooooooong wait until Nov.

Thank you!

Thanks Bethesda.

As has been posted already, the real "thank you" will be a collector's edition PC purchase, if the early information is any indication of the final game's content, style, and quality.

This. The only reason my pc can play games is because of Bethesda's open world games. I upgraded for Oblivion, then upgraded again for Fallout 3 (though I really did not need to, but hey now I can play Skyrim with high settings with out upgrading...I hope).
I went almost 2 years with out playing games after Oblivion, then I played Fallout 3, then almost another year and I replayed Oblivion with Shivering Isle(never played it before then) and then replayed Fallout 3 with all the DLC's.

Now I am back into gaming again having played Two Worlds 2, Risen and now Gothic 3. The first non beth games I have beaten in almost 5 years and notice that they are all sandbox rpgs like Beths games(but not as good). Soon I will played NV, which I am sure will be awesome. Bethesda is by far my favorite company. I might have given up gaming with my last console(PS2, like 8 years ago) had it not been for Bethesdas Morrowind, which svcked me back in. 2 or 3 years after it release no less!

Mine will be $50. None of this $60 pc game crap.

Uh... ok?
I dont know if you know, but new games for a ps3 or 360 cost from 70-80 dollars, for the normal version of the
game, not the collectors edition. A PC game costs 60 dollars. I swear my friend bought new vegas for the
computer the day it came out for 59.99, and i got it for the ps3 for 79.99. So that post just sounds
completely [censored].

TES is my absolute favourite game series. Awesome lore and universe. This is why I'm worried. I don't want the only game series I'm REALLY a fan of to turn commercial and sort of "sell out" by adding too much fast travel, level scaling and what-not. Just stay true to your RPG roots, remove the level scaling and everything will be fine :) I'll buy the game and surely love it no matter what anyway.

I was rather late, I got my 360 in 2008 and started out with Arena before Oblivion in 2009, then Daggerfall later the same year and Morrowind 2Q 2010. I'm looking forward to playing Battlespire and Redguard to warm up and keep my nerves stable before venturing into Skyrim (by the way, aren't you gonig to release those as well?). I've always been a Nord fan and I was relieved and dangerously excited when I heard it was to be set in Skyrim. A dream come true, for sure! Five games in the main series. Here's to five more! :foodndrink:
