Thanks for the little bugs all over making it impossible to play or have fun..
Thanks for all the latency on ghouls showing up in V.A.T.S pushing my life down to nothing when finally sloooow mode is done...
Thanks for all the thoughts on what not to buy or expect when buying a game, until now was considered really good..
Thanks for all the moments i have cursed myself for wasting time on such a random shoot em up game... [i really did think that]

In conclusion thanks for nothing at all....

If the romans ruled the world you all would be getting the thumbs down right about now! ...

Modern computer programming is basically a craps shoot. No pun intended.

They have to write ONE piece of software that's robust enough to handle 40 different graphics cards, 30 different sound cards, 5 different CPUs and an infinite variation of OS settings.

I haven't had any of the issues you're experiencing, a few minor bugs related to talking to quest NPCs before having the quest when I didn't know there was a quest (ED-E My Love and Archemides II), but I can forgive those.

In the Coliseum, a thumbs down meant the crowd wished the gladiator to sheathe his sword and spare his opponent, so I'm sure Obsidian thanks you for that.

That is why I expect more from console games. FO3 was brilliant on the xbox, New Vegas is unquestionably far less polished. It feels like it needed another couple months of perfection. It's an amazing game that falls a buck short on the general glitchiness that a top tier game is simply not supposed to have. It's the most glitch filled game I have on the xbox by far. I love fallout but they released this too early.

Honestly I understand, console programming is different. But I know someone in the business, from what I understand about SDK issues and problems with the sony/Microsoft provided devkits they leave a LOT to be desired. From licenses expiring early and leaving them unable to work for three days to bugs in the devkits that are not relayed to the developers, developing for consoles is just as difficult. I actually applaud gamesas for developing the PC version concurrently and not making PC release the red-headed stepchild of the console release like some other companies (I couldn't play Mass Effect for a year after I bought it until I bought a new computer... it wasn't compatible at all ever with certain nVidia cards).
