Thanks once again for the bad netcode crytek!

Post » Sat Feb 23, 2013 1:23 pm

I had an Idea I would have to be host to do well. -_- So for anyone who thinks Crytek may fix there crappy netcode get that out of your head. I have all confidence that this game will go the exact same route as crysis 2. If you can return this game do so. If you bought for single player wait until you see it in the bargain bin next to a my little pony party game for the wii! I'm so glad I got this with trade in money. Btw this game is so dark. How could you tell what the graphics look like? Crysis 2 looked a lot better then this. Too bad the ideas in the multiplayer are great but the game will be crapped on by a bad netcode!

Dude if i turn up the brightness anymore I'll be blind. It's just a dark game. Turning up the brightness won't change the color scheme.

:/ mines at 50....it looked perfect at the default 45 but I like to make things medium Lawl...

Make sure your xbox's are set at "Standard" not "Intermediate" or "expanded" reference levels. The latter 2 are designed for small computer monitors, NOT LCD TV's

STANDARD is much better

^ not quite, i have an hdtv and run expanded. Expanded is not meant for vga monitors. It depends the quality of the hdtv.

Mine is expanded or it might be intermediate but either way it looks a lot better I have tested it my self on my TV, but it varies on the quality

Hey failrunner guy....the graphics appear to be better in Crysis 2 because it was set in a time where it wasnt old and adandoned like in Crysis 3. So everything is bright, more details to see and the appearance of graphics look better. In Crysis 3 maps they are all the same color, darkness, green all over with moss everywhere but just different contructions and buildings. Not my favorite but i understand why it is like this.

Also it is nice to play different maps rather than the same for 2 years straight.
