That disappointing moment when...

Post » Sat Dec 12, 2015 11:46 pm

...you pick up an issue of Wasteland Survival Guide and find that it says you have unlocked new decorations for use in settlements. You get excited and rush back to the nearest settlement to see what they are, only to find you have been given...

...two bloody lawn flamingos! That's it! Excitement quickly turns to disappointment.

Anyone know if there are more Wasteland Survival Guides that unlock decorations? I know about the Picket Fences issues as I have all of them.

AFAIK, there is only the one issue that grants decorations, out of 9 total.

That's nothing compared to the disappointment of picking up the Wasteland Survival Guide that does nothing more than place a Diamond City marker on your map, despite the fact that one gets placed there after the very first quest in the game.

Dang I want Flammingoes for my Post Apoc Lawn care...This is essential.

Also you haven't gotten mods for your settlements yet, so much fun what you can make.
