Okay I was playing my ps3 copy of Skyrim and am now 127 hours in when I was doing a dark brotherhood quest. When I got caught and the guards came in I decided to let them take me and now my game will not load. It stayed at the screen and I can't relaod it from my last point. I uninstalled my game and update data and still will not load my files. What happened!? Please I would hate my game to be broken!...

try loading an older save, turn off your machine for a little bit., clean the disc, delete the patch and reinstall it.....

They need to sticky the work around for this problem. ive seen like 6 threads just like this one.

PS: Sometimes if it hangs on the loading screens, give it like 5 mins or so and it MIGHT come unstuck. Or it did for me anyway.

Thank you I tried all those steps and used an air can on the ps3 even and it worked. I so appreciate you helping me!

Okay it started to do it again so I made a new save with the old character and this is how I did it. Load up another character or save previous the problem. Then load up the file you want after that. Should work but this is a huge problem. Could this be to 4.00 firmware from sony?
