I am doing the that lucky old sun quest and now i need to reset the second terminal but it's locked on hard, anyway to get around this?

There should be passwords in the main building. I think you get them from the scintists if you convince them you are helping them or can find them somewhere in the building.

You have to talk to the FoTA scientist as he will give you the second code, the dude with the theoretical degree in physics (sorry i love that) will give you one code. If you are a Legion supporter the FoTA scientist will not help you, there is another way to get the code but i donot know as i am most definately the single largest threat to the legion's existence so he always gives me the code. The wiki is a good place to check if your not opposed to it.
