I don't know if anyone done a thread about this or if it was debated but there's this thread in Reddit that got almost everything right and the thread was created 11 months ago.

I mean he talks about the trailer date, The main character having a voice actor... There's alot of stuff there that may be true after all

I bet, that the person who actually leaked this was the dude who was fired from making the trailer.... and if so, He would only know the details of the trailer and everything else is just assumptions, or flat out lies.

Let's not worry about rumours and leaks from 11 months ago.
We now know Fallout 4 is officially on the way, and unless you hear the news directly from Bethesda you should consider anything else just a rumour.
