The 1st Crusade for Sentinel

Kenji shook his head slightly "You lack subtlety in your plans. Who would take Ocato's place? That and I highly doubt the redguard would follow a dark elf." he chuckled looking over at the waking male. Hearing the name of this rebellion he snickered "I..honestly think that name would make others laugh." the khajiit adjusted himself abit on the floor.

'You know what makes me laugh Kitty cat?' Asked Robert, wobbling slightly as he drew himself to his full height 'It's Albino, overgrown housecats with so little honour that they assume they are superior to others whilst barely knowing them, without knowing me at all would you assume that my best friends as a child were a Dunmer a Nord and an Orc? hmm? I didn't think so.'
As Robert head began to spin he sat back down flipping a Septim from when Uriel's face was on it.

'Let me guess you think that you'd be the best candidate to lead the Rebellion?'

The handshake served as a reminder to Bradon as to who was the older one here, and therefore who likely had more experience as a squire. He felt slightly smaller then, but he also realized that this could be a chance to learn some things from an older, fellow squire.

"Pleased to meet you Wilfred Valois." Bradon replied smiling. "Yes, my master, Sir Edwinn Paurand is a Knight. One serving the Eight and One." he said proudly, thinking very highly of his master. He thought back to the tavern, and remembered that Wilfreds master didn't wear any markings of the Nine. Not that he could see anyways.

"Is your master a Knight of the Nine as well?" he asked, glancing around, attempting to stay out of the way.

Wilfred shook his head. "My Master, Gaston de Tourelle, isn't a member of any knightly orders. He's only a knight-errant right now, really, although from what I get he intends to gain a more permanent footing after this Crusade." Thoughtfully scratching his chin, Wilfred pondered for a moment about whether he should try to follow the footsteps of his master after being knighted, or return to High Rock like he always intended before news of the Crusade spread.

"I do wonder a bit as to what will befall us the course of this. My Master holds the Ra Gada warriors in high respect, and I can easily understand why - we both have been to Hammerfell. I've seen a Swordsinger there... They may be heathens, but their way with the sword is incredible." The young Breton nodded, recalling that memorable run-in. He easily understood after that occurence why exactly were the Ra Gada so widely renowned as warriors. In personal combat, a simple Ra Gada footsoldier could match and nearly certainly defeat a sergeant of the Knights of the Nine.

Largrath shook his head, "No... I think you and I should both lead it, so that if one dies, the other can continue to keep us running. I also think, that if this crazy plan works, and we do get rid of Ocato, we do NOT have any emporers or kings. No, we let all the guilds, all the great houses, everything and everyone, decide what is what, if this crazy plan of ours, works."

Mr.Binky ran in, hopping onto the bed.

Elissandre, zenithar's pride

As the ships started coming out of anvil's harbour, Elissandre decided she would better stay out of the sailor's way. Leaving a port with a sailboat is enough of shore without some landlubber standing in the middle of the deck - even if they were more sailors in the riggings than on the deck.

Not exactly eager to return inside the ship - even this soon, the atmosphere down there was a strong reminder of the horses and other animals pasked in the holds... She moved to the forecastle, enjoying the view as the fleet made it's way our of the harbour. As she looked at the sea, Elissandre thought wihtout much saisfaction about the travel to Sentinel.

I'm not a strategist, but packing eveyone on ships don't feels like the Emperor's brightest idea. The redguards are as famous for seamanship as swordmanship. If Summerset's fleet don't keep them bottled in their harbours, they can raise a merry hell amongst this fleet.

Sure the ships are packed with knights and soldiers, but they're armed transports rather than true warships. They might not be sitting ducks, but they've clipped wings.

[OOC : having some troubles with Hammerfell's ships can be a way to keep things rollings without altering the story until Mad Max is back]

ooc: or more character interaction :D

ic: Sitting there watching them with a small smile spreading onto his maw from the insults of the Breton. "So, petty un-original insults is what it boils down to? Honor to me might not be what honor is to you Breton." he said and looked at their dark elven friend. "Hmm true. Or maybe all three of us run it. Each of us has select skills and most probably influence within certain cultures. But first I think we should get abit more introduced better. Hell your names I don't know and would prefer not to call you dark elf or Breton." he chuckled good naturedly. Knowing full well that the Breton couldn't harm him much in his current state. "Im Kenji, Spellsword and Honor Guard of Elsweyr. My companion whom you might see if you venture to the main cargo hold is Kadarj. A Senche 'Battle Cat' though I need to go down there to help get his armour plate off." he spoke with a soft but respectful tone. Namely aimed towards the dark elf. The breton hadnt earned his respect at this point.

"Largrath, and we will leave it there. I have no past anymore, for that life is gone. I am here only to be sure no one else has to suffer the pain my former life did. I say, if Ocato wants to start a war, then I will be the one he is at war with. If Ocato wants to have power, I will give him a nice show of power!"

He said this with anger in his voice, his Dunmer red eyes seeming to be filled with more rage.

Robert patted Largrath on the back then said solemnly 'Kenji I apologise for what I said, My name is Robert LeBlanc, Wizard of the Mages Guild and formerly a writer for the Black Horse Courier.
Im just angry' Robert stated quietly, almost to Himself 'as this is the first time in too long that I have been close enough to that damned "priest" to kill the bastard but I'm afraid I won't succeed and I'll fail my family.'

'But hey enough of my problems' he added cheerfully 'I think we should go get some food in us.'

Do you really think Largrath will succeed?
Honestly?
Yes, that'd be nice.
No. Not at all I think as long as those damned bandits and that priest live We won't be able to dedicate Ourselves to this task.
Do We really think that We are that important?
Hey, a Mage is necesarry in this sort of affair.
Yeah.. One of them's talking so shut up.

"It sounds like you have travelled quite a bit." he commented, rather eager to hear stories if the boy was willing. "If you don't mind me asking, and you don't mind telling, where else have you been?" he asked, as he had lived a life in a rather small part of the world, not fully experiencing the rest of the wide world.

OOC: A bit of both Sibera the [censored] and murder of his sister realley threw him so theres his happy-go-lucky normal side and his angry vengeful side but they have formed semi-different consciousnesses e.g. they still know they are the same person but still....

IC

'Yeah I can stand fine' replied Robert as he stood, slightly wobbly' I have no idea as to why I passed out though, It's weird.'

'Yeah I'll go help you un-armour Kadarj just let me unpack my load first, I got a load of stuff I probably didn't need, but brought anyway.'

As Robert finished unpacking his squire whom had been strangely absent made a sudden return.

'Ahh Sir I finally found you.' proclaimed the Bosmer, more than slightly out of breath.
'Not a moment too late either, I just finished unpacking my things, your job if I am correct?' stated Robert flatly, raiseing one eyebrow.
'Y-yes Sir it is I'm sorry though.'
'Well at least put all my thing in their correct spaces.' The pale Breton knight-mage spoke as he motioned to the pile of food, spare clothing and spell books.
'Y-yes Sir ri-ight away.' he stuttered looking at the Khajiit and Dunmer for the first time.

Kenji gave an icey cold look to the bosmer as he came in. Seemingly out of breath he chuckled lightly and turned heading out the door and into the hallway. "I must warn you Kadarj isn't fond of Bosmer or people who stare him in the eyes." he smiled abit and streatched out abit, eyeing several sailors and knights wandering the halls. He was lucky to have caught the captain of the ship and had that hold prepared for the massive cat. That and extra supplies for his slightly larger food needs. "By the way Robert, you could have sea sickness. I know a good cure for that."

'Well Kadarj isn't going to see this Bosmer so I don't think it's going to matter Kenji.
Also I've had sea sickness before I was raised just East of Anvil, I know a simple cure as well.' Stated Robert happily

His good mood evaporated somewhat as he looked to the squire and said
'Stay here, unpack and guard the room I'll be back soon enough.'

"If you don't mind me asking, and you don't mind telling, where else have you been?" he asked, as he had lived a life in a rather small part of the world, not fully experiencing the rest of the wide world.

"Well... My Master and I did travel a lot around the Illiac Bay. You know, that strip of water between southern High Rock and northern Hammerfell. Its shores are like a melting point for cultures. There's so much trade going on, it's amazing. We've been to all the big cities - Daggerfall, Wayrest, Orsinium, Sentinel... If you thought Anvil was stuffed with people this morning, then try to imagine a city three times larger than that, with four times as much people. Add an enormous wall and majestic other structures, and that about explains what Sentinel looked like when we got there. Only city I've seen that'd match Sentinel would be the Imperial City, probably. It's sad to think that much of that beauty could be lost, really." Wilfred leaned against the railing, looking out at the sea. Memories flowed back to him. He was only fourteen when Gaston and him visited Wayrest, which he considered the second city in the Illiac... It all came back to him, his eyes gleaming slightly at the memory of how majestic the port-city looked at sunrise.

"I do hope you'll see all of the Illiac for yourself some day. Both shores. Every knight should partake in a tournament of Bretic fashion at least once in his life, as Master Gaston says. I hope I'll have the chance once I'm knighted... It's the chance for a knight to display his prowess in all things noble - fencing, jousting, riding, archery... Only a true battle would come first, really. Probably I won't ever forget the first tournament I've been to... It was hosted in Daggerfall, and my Master decided to come as well, since we were idly resting in Anticlere, our motherland, at the moment. I was thirteen then, and it all seemed surreal. The knights, the horses, the heralds, the people, the king... First time I've seen such a large concentration of warriors in such a small area."

He shook his head at the males sudden mood swing and thought to himself Is he always mood swinging like a monkey to a tree like this? Not very good if you ask me. he thought to himself and proceeded down the hall towards the stairs that lead to the door to the main hold. Kenji noticed the door was partly opened to the hold, the sign stating 'Be wary of the Tiger' hung nailed to the door. Walking up closer to the door he peered in and noticed two sailors were watching the massive battlecat as he slept. Kenji pushed the door open and gently tapped the sailors on the shoulder "Please leave. Watching him and or waking him wont be good for your health" one turned to look at him and he looked back at the man. Right in the eyes to. "Alright..." he sighed his fellow sailor following out muttering something about them.

Robert stood in semi-awe at the massive, quadripedal Khajiit sleeping on the floor in front of him

Damn.
No wonder they're called "battle cats".
With that thing I probably have done better on my Destruction practical.
Hey, we passed and we're not Battlemages so..
..yeah that's true.

'Hey, Kenji I don't know if this is offensive or anything, but how in the name of Azura does He let you sit on his back all day, I
remember that they are as intelligent as the other Khajiit sub-races so wouldn't it be kind of, degrading?

(( -performs CPR on thread- LIVE DAMN YOU, LIVE! ))

Largrath sighed, sitting down on his own bed. He spotted a book that perhaps the last occupant left, entitled "The Tribunal". A bit surprised at the fact that such a book regarding the old ways even existed, Largrath picked it up curiously. But, like always, the Dunmer found himself trapped in the many words of the book.

((-slaps thread- Breath!!!!!))
