Mod status is work in progress - can't work on it right at the moment though, due to temporary time constraints and the fact that my GECK is somehow broken.

And the more Rads the better, right? Right? :P

Well take your time and work it out. :)
Try un-installing and re-installing it

It's only dialogue which is broken - We decided yesterday that it probably has to do with my sound card drivers. I'm downloading them on my capped internet now :P

In the meantime, I've dug up an old mod of mine, and I'm redoing it for release. Expect a release soon! :)

I haven't seen Tyranna Rae forever! What happened to that guy?

Yeah, that might have been my fault back in May or something when I was in a bad mood and I thought he said I didn't care but I told him that I do care about his offer but I just couldn't afford the mic he suggested, he kinda got PO'd at me then was less active since.

Sorry.

But anyway, this mod is looking nice. :)

Hmm, would this be the caravan mod by any chance?

Also, if people are hungry for a bar mod, I'm working on a small project myself called the Apocalypse Club...but I couldn't promote it here :P

Seriously though, I can't wait for this mod Attentater, you've done some outstanding work :)

Okay, must be some other thing I've either forgotten or never heard about, I'm sure it'll be good though :)

Tyanna is.....gone?

Gone?

No....it's not true!!!!

That's impossible!!!!

NNNNNOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!

Okay, so I've seen Star Wars Episode IV too many times. But this is still terrible news. Not only one of the community's (like Soulman said, it's actually just a very few members and more dropouts. ESPECIALLY General Discussion....the Mods section is the most vibrant and enjoyable...and legible) best members, but an excellent modder and voice actor as well.

Tyanna, if you're reading this (and appalled by how many of us misspelled your name) we need you back. We need you back more than a hoe needs her baby daddy's child support. This grevious news to hear-and I pray you'll return.

*assumes command voice*

COMPANY! ATTEN-HUT!

HAND SALUTE!

*fires a twenty gun salute*

READY!

AIM!

FIRE!

With the amount of "Rads" this mod is getting, i'm going to assume it may soon transform from an awesome bar into some kind of ghoul. Possibly a Glowing One. :D

Silly Attentater, it takes more than fire to kill a glowing one, plasma might do the trick though :hehe:

You might be having the same problem I did, have you applied new texture sets to any furniture? I know it sounds weird, but it caused the GECK to crash upon loading my cell, and I heard that's the issue you had as well. If not, then disregard this. If you have added new texture sets to any furniture, try deleting it in FO3Edit and see if it works.

Update: I fixed my GECK! :D

The solution was to plug a microphone into the microphone jack. Don't ask how that solved a dialogue crash, because I haven't a clue. The mod is back in progress :)

Glad to hear it! That bug sounds like it's on the same level as the infrared/console bug - very strange indeed but it's good to know it exists.

What. The. Balls.
That's a odd way to fix a crash, don't you think?

I've just completely redone the first real quest in the mod, "A Forgotten Yesterday". This quest is bypass-able if you're willing to spend large amounts of caps - however, I strongly recommend that you don't do that. I'm very proud of the first quest - a treasure hunt / murder mystery which I've spent about 20 hours on. Should be good if you enjoy a little detective work. Should last anywhere from about 45 minutes to 2 hours, depending on how quick you are.

I've also almost finished the second quest, "A Bloody Tomorrow". This is a more generic, guns blazing assault on a fortified base. I hope to use Skykappa's destructible environments mod to add heaps of carnage to the quest. There is an interesting twist, however ;) I'm not happy with this one, so it might take a while to be complete. This will be a short quest, and should only take about half an hour or less to play through.

Also, I have changed how hiring staff works. Instead of investigating each candidate personally (which would be a COLOSSAL amount of work for me) you will receive applications for various positions - it's your job to decide which you want, which you don't, which are good deals and which are bad.

Our football team just made the finals (as well as kicking a record-breaking number of goals last game) so AFL will continue for about 6 more weeks. After that, I'll have lots of free time once again.

I'm still not going to make promises on a BETA release time. I have a horrible, horrible track record in that department.

EDIT: I'm searching for a few voice actors to do one or two line holotapes. I need someone to voice a Talon Company captain, and someone to voice a desperate, broken wastelander. I'm a perfectionist, so you'll need to have good quality equipment and the ability to voice act convincingly and emotionally.
