I am newish on here and i have setup all my training rooms, my power is fine, its pretty much always full, but i noticed my adademy room is always flashing on and off and i didn't know if this was normal or not.

Assuming it wasn't i destroyed the storage room that was to the right of it and put a nuc power plant next to it, this is fully manned and working now, but the academy is still flashing on and off lol

Can i not worry about this, is it just normal, i can't work out if its ok or not.

They are showing movies, so the lights are intermittently turned off. No problem, unlike everything else!
