I recently posted a topic asking if people consider using a alchemy and enchanting loop in order to create extremely powerful armor/weapons, enchantments and potions a cheat i.e. enchanting a "fortify alchemy" set of armor, creating fortify enchantment potions whilst wearing this armor, drinking the potions to create further fortify alchemy enchanted armor and then repeating these steps until caps are reached at which point you can create the best possible fortify smithing and fortify alchemy armor set.

However I've also recently read somewhere that a loop such as this is mentioned in game somewhere, specifically in books. I can't for the life of me find where I read this but I'm wondering has anyone else found anything in game that mentions the use of such a loop? I always thought it was just something that bethesda never intended to be used and overlooked after allowing it by mistake but I suppose if it is mentioned in game that would change things

I have never heard of it being in a book ingame, but it is called the Restoration Loop and is considered a glitch that people use. Some to overpower their weapons, some to overpower the character, and some use it to give their character and weapons that extra ump in the game.

No I'm not talking about the restoration loop. That is 100% a cheat/glitch in my opinion. I'm simply talking about using enchantments and alchemy repeatedly.

It is the same thing. Someone doing an online / video of the loop with alchemy.

No book on it as a loop as far as I know.

In is just one skill being able to improve another skill.... as most skill can do, but that an improved skill can in turn that improve the skill that improved it.... it becomes a said loop.

Probably others. Enchanting items being able to enhance most skills. There is a limit though, if there was not then Iwould see it as a glitch.
