The America Convention

The year is 2285 and the great steel door to Vault 59 has opened. Vault 59 was designed to see the effects of living in a society with no concept of violence, there were no weapons, no films, books, TV show, comics or any other media which depicted, mentioned or even implied violence. The only knowledge of History was that of peaceful times. The vault was mostly successful breeding many articulate politicians, creative artists and musicians and incredibly intelligent scientists.

However upon them going into the wasteland there were horrified to see the various conflicts that raged across what was once America.

In order to end what they saw as an abomination to Mankind they made a call to every power in America in order to try to get them to put aside their differences and try to live peacefully together.

Well that’s the intro over; the main objective of this convention is to see how the various factions of Post-war America would interact with each other. Most factions will only have knowledge of the factions surrounding them and thus will have to request information about other factions.

Rules
No being OP
No wars (yet, possibly) Threats of war may be made but overuse of this will get you (and your faction) kicked
No knowing things that your faction realistically should not know (Legion should not say, know that Lyon’s has a massive robot.) If you think your faction should might know about but you’re not sure ask first
Keep spelling and grammar fairly good
Have fun

Other factions such as trading companies and less known one may get added, minor factions within states are considered to be under the control of the bigger faction (eg Mr. House will control the boomers)

Questions: Who won the 2nd battle of Hoover Dam? Where does this convention take place? I mean Lyons BoS are in DC... They would fly out to take part in this convention? Enclave is still around? Why not include The Regulators and Talon Company as well?

Not a bad idea though for a convention. Maybe it would be cool to have all these different factions in one room, lead by vault dwellers how have NO CLUE what violence is. LOL
